Collaborate ~ Communicate ~ Create

LAMP Chamber Players is a weekly program that trains young musicians in the skills of chamber music. After an initial audition, students will be placed in small groups that will be coached by Lee Taylor, Greg Sauer and Carrie Holden.
During each 90-minute session, the groups will be coached on their assigned repertoire as well as the skills necessary to rehearse independently.
As a large group, students may practice sight reading, chorale playing and mindfulness exercises.
The 10-class term will culminate in a masterclass and final performance.
Previous masterclass teachers include Dr. Shannon Thomas, Dr. Ben Sung, Corinne Stillwell, Dr. Laurel Yu, Dr. Kristin Yu, Dr. Pamela Ryan, George Speed and Dr. Meghan Berindean,
Players at various stages in their musical development are encouraged to apply! Preformed groups are welcome
